  1. Do you think Liposomal Vitamin C is worth the much higher price tag? Also if you eat 1 tomato and 2 servings of fruit daily is that sufficient?

    1. David I am not qualified to answer that but I do know is that we can save lives if we encourage those at risk to improve their immune system. Turmeric and other spices and a number of vitamins have been shown, in research studies, to reduce the factors that cause cytokine Storms and inflammation.
